OK, I don't think I knew you from before and after all of the comments, I went to your profile. WHOA MOMMA!!!! Are you the same person??? You really look great. Congradulations on your success. I can empathize withe th loaded shopping cart.I gutted our basement bathroom over the holidays to hang my first ever suspended ceiling and paint the walls. That required or i decide to move out the sink vanity, refrigerator, freezer, and cabinet. By the time I did that, I decided the washer and dryer could just be slid out from the wall. I use to throw that stuff on thehand-truck and move it all around, probably because I weighed probably as much as they did. It was tuff goin by myself and whipped my butt. But I discovered the greater value of drop cloths!! So you now have to make a ConquerYour Shopping Cart exercise video for us??

I want to thank you for making me go back and look at my old profile. Apparently at one point, my goal was 210. I laugh at 210 now. And yes, I am the same person, though to be honest, part of me feels like that old person died the day I had surgery, and the person I am now was born. Guess that's the whole "re-birthday" thing.

You are doing so good with your progress, I hope with all the changes I have made, I can get these 20 lbs BACK OFF......and like you, I plan on coming around more to do what I do best.....support......

I may tell my story here some day in hopes that someone else dosent find them in the same position.......putting on weight and what not.....we shall see.....

And about that gym........arent you supposed to be working right now??
