Im gettgin ready to stock up the cabinets...any suggestions on favorite vitamins? Cheapest vitamins? I picked up the Flinstones multi vitamins tonight at Wally World...that was really the only one I was sure of. I know I should try and find chewables but I didnt know if there is any good ones that might be at specialty stores or something? Thx Brandi~

The Vitamin Shoppe Brand of liquid B-12 complex in Raspberry flavor is delish!  It is absorbed under your tongue. Online sites such as Vista Vitamins normally send out free bariatric vitamin samples as well. It is good to get as many freebies as one can..hehe

Alright here is my list. Calcium chewables (used in the begining) - Vitamin Shoppe Citracal Petite (transitioned to once I could do pills) - Walmart, Target, etc. Multivitamin - Don't remember  what I used in the beginning Twice a Day, Multi energy, by Solaray - Vitamin Shoppe (with or without Iron, I use iron free & just take and extra iron at night, I worked this out with my nut. because I was having problems finding the one with iron the the shelf) B-12 - Trader Joes sublingual (have tried the Vitamin Shoppe brand but do not like it as much) Vitamin C - was just using any chewable version Iron (in the beginning was using the chewable from Vitamin Shoppe) Virton-C - CVS My daily regimine: B-12 - every other day 1st thing in the a.m. Multivitamin & calcium with breakfast Multivitamin & calcium with lunch Iron & Vitamin C before bed. (by taking it with the vitamin C, it helps it break down better, I do not have constipation issues)

I do the Flinstones complete chewables 2 a day.  I still can't tolerate pill form.  I also need a good tasting calcium chewable that isn't so huge..any suggestions?
