What Are YOU Doing To Move Today????

Have to make this quick, because I'm off to an all day training (UGH!). So...what are YOU doing to move today???
Me? I plan to run tonight and do some lower body work.

I'm going to be running some errands, doing LOTS of house work, grabbing my new Stephen King book (who btw is coming on in just MINUTES on Ch. 12), hitting the pavement and walking BIG TIME & then I'm going to begin a workout plan a friend has helped me with. I hope you have a FANTASTIC day!




HA! I WI**** was that kind of training, but, unfortunately, it's not...it's work related (UGH!).

Movement is one area where I still struggle. I think I still have the old notion in my head that any exercise will be very uncomfortable for me, the way it used to be when I was at my heaviest. So I will publicly commit to either walking on my treadmill for 30 minutes or doing a few rounds of DDR (Dance Dance Revolution) with my son tonight!

exercising still isn't always enjoyable for me either, though it is more than ever before,..but whether I feel like doing it or not, I ALWAYS feel better after I exercise and proud of myself for getting it in. And I rreally really like the results it brings which I now let be the real motivator.
Going out for a jog in the night air last night, by myself, took alot of pushing myself out the door.
But the self esteem when I got back for whatI had just accomplish was quietly self rewarding too.
Go Get that Dance Revolution revoluting!!!
