OPRAH - SMOKING

This is interesting I never had this at night was when I made my changes of the patch. Im wondering if this like meds react differently on people? Because that Welbutrin my dad took that to try and quit and he became violent couldnt stand to be around him he was hateful and mean. So im wondering if there are just different reactions for different people and depending on the other types of medicines your on?

Natalie, yes it was those Nicoderm patches there are 3 steps I think Walmart carries them. Also my b/f when he quit he used the smoke away pills you take at might before bedtime and drink lots of water he quit w/ those he has been smokefree for over a year now and I have been since 2000. Walmart also has the smoke away pill.

Oh ! I know all too well about that ole habit dear!  The lord helped me quit smoking over 23 yrs ago! "praise God'"!! I kept trying and trying too and I said lord please help me with this as i can't do on my own! So along with my daily bible devotions ,he lead me to read a scripture everytime i felt a urge to lite one up. So i began trying this proven to be method and you know something ,i would get real involved with reading the bible that i would forget all about wanting a cigg.to began with!  Now that what i call awsome!! after meals i found was when i wanted a cig and when i woke up in the mors.the worse. However i just kept carrots in the fridge so 'if i did feel the need to have something in my mouth it would be them instead! Take care & I do hope this helped !  I will be praying for you !  Bonny

Nat, I heard if you take Wellbutrin along with the Chantrex, it can relieve the side effects as well as the anxiety associated with quitting. You may want to discuss that with your doc. Pam
