What Did YOU Do To Move Today????
Good Morning Fitness Fanatics...........
Ok...I had planned on running yesterday, but ended up doing nothing. I think I may have hurt myself (not really sure and am watching it), so I took it easy yesterday. But, today, I feel better and have my dance class (yes...I'm going because I'm not lifting any weights - but I will be careful in it). So...no cardio today (so to speak).
What about YOU....what are YOU doing to move today???

I'm hitting the pavement for sure. I want to shoot for 4 miles today. I have a lot of talking with God that i want to do & nature helps with that. So, I got some great tunes on my iPod and am going for it!

I still feel guilty every time I read your posts because I am still not cleared to exercise and by the time I am, I have only 2 weeks before my next surgery..... but last night I went on my new Bowflex stairmaster because it was a long day and I just had to get rid of some tension - I did only 15 mins but it felt good to do something.........
Plus everyone in the house is sick except Bill and I so I am trying to keep more active in the hope that it staves off the same sickness..........

Tell me how you are doing since the new surgery? I haven't really had time to get on the computer much, since I retired from work, my foster children (6) are really keeping me running. That is one reason I can't do the LBL yet because I have two babies in my home that need care.
I am sorry your family is sick, let me hear from you.

I'm feeling guilty and it all your fault!!!
I admit it,...I didn't get out yesterday,...I was bad.
But I am going for ajog at lunch today and I just found out my evening church meeting have been canclled so I may get to double down to get themileage up for the week. I also need it for my Asics 100 mi challenge where I have whopping 9.25 miles to date.
Thanks for the reminder and encouragement.
Maybe one day I wil have to courage to paste one of those sexy gym outfit pictures to show off my rippling abs!!!! (you look great! I hate you)
HA! You are TOO funny! I needed that today, as my lower ab is KILLING me. Not sure if I've over done something,or what, but tha****he reason why I did not run last night.
But...I hear ya on the mileage....today is Wed, and I've only done the ellipticle this week for my cardio - that was on Monday.
And I have to thank Dr. Krieger for the rippling abs - haha. He stretched the skin for me!
