Ok, folks....how are your January goals coming along????  Mine are coming along ok.  I'm doing better with the grazing.  Not 100%, mind you, but MUCH better. Are you getting in your water?  How about your vitamins and protein? At the conference, Joe Green had a GREAT tip for monitoring water intake.  While at work, when he opens a bottle of water, he leaves the cap on the desk so at the end of the day, he can count the bottle caps. What a GREAT tip! Enjoy your day......

Oh thanks,..... but I picked up some good stuff too. I am incorporating the liquid protein I pickup, that reduces my caloric and carb intake while still allowing me to get in my protein.  I am also altering my daily routine to to eliminate the periodic cracker supplement and reduce the PB intake. (3 days with no PB banana on wheat sandwich,....no DTs yet) and recommitting to getting out to jog daily/regular routine consistently.  Seeing all those attractive post-ops at the conference really got me more fired up about getting this last 30 pounds to goal off.  A couple of pictures reflected I still have more belly bulge than I am happy with too.  Aint vanity a pain,.... in the neck????

Er, Joe - I'm an environmental engineer.  Any way I can convince you to lay off the disposable plastic bottles of water?

What have you got to supplement?  Tried doing the refill thing and the family started getting sick. Cleared up when we went back to fresh.  We recycle the bottles at work and home.  Water at work tastes like sucking on a copper pipe.

Sorry - I was really just pulling your chain. This girl does not hug any trees - I'm way too practical!  I use a 24 oz refillable water bottle. I also supplement with bottled water because I empty the refillable in the course of the day and I think Langley AFB's water distribution system was installed at the same time the airfield was established in 1917. The water  tastes like sucking on a corroded galvanized pipe.  Icky! Keep chugging anyway you can!
