Good Friday pm ya'll!!!!
Well, I was feeling bummy, sluggish, grumpy even (shhhh) so I figured ok, Miss Nora was snoozing and Kayla wasn't due home for another hour from school. Instead of reading some more of Duma Key, I put in the Biggest Loser - The Workout 2 and DANG I enjoyed myself immensely. It is one FANTATSTIC workout! I feel really, really good this pm.
I love the fact that it has a mix, match & customize option. I chose the warm up (5 mins), the low-intensity cardio (15 mins), the high-intensity cardio & sculpt for women (10 mins each) the boot camp (15 mins), the functional flexibilty (10 mins) and the cool down (5 mins). That's ONE solid hour of working out my body!
I will do this on the days I don't walk!!!! I LOVE, LOVE, LOVE IT!

I totally dig it! I am still feeling GREAT hours after doing it! She's hysterical actually. I LOVE squats & might get happy enough to throw a ball at the TV to show her HOW much LMAO!
