I had my BL with auto augmentation. upper body lift and thigh lipo Wed. I was a challenge because I wanted him to preserve as much of my DDs as possible. He said rebuilt me a few times until he was supper happy It took 8 hours. He is pleased with everything post op. Thankful for the easy, grateful for the hard & hopeful for tomorrow. Hey friend, auto-augmentation is, while leaving the blood supply attached, they use your own tissue to fill you out. In my case they used my "side boobs" to fill out my breasts. He says I will be about the same size. It looks to me like I will me a cup size smaller. That sounds great. Boy are they high.
