Phew.... Nausea Relief
WIth all this snotty nose causing nausea... the only thing I can find to settle my stomach and give me a hug like crackers and ginger ale would have pre WLS, is
Unjury Chicken Soup ( 21 g of protein too!)
And Nectar protein sample I got ( 16 grams...) *Thanks TinK*
Finally... 1/2 pills down.. Just B12, MV, Urso to go... I took my calcium seperate from my morning dose...
Phew.. its glad to be getting some liquids in and protein too!
Oh yes and Z's and Nyquil do wonders too...
Just wanted to share incase anyone runs into a nauseating cold this winter...
Any other goodies lurking out there that settle a tummy post WLS?
