YEAH!!!!! That's AWESOME!!!!  I am SO proud of you!  Three days is a BIG DEAL!!!! Take it one day at a time, and next thing you know....a year goes by and then two and three..... I will not tell you that at three years out I do not miss it, because sometimes I think, oh just one...but, then I think about the smell and feel sick.  Example...we like to go to Keegans and sit at the bar to watch the games during dinner on Sunday's.  I HATE the fact that I have to wash my jacket as soon as I get home because of the smell..... Keep up the GREAT work!!!

Hey hon -- Before surgery, my cycles were, well, wacco, to say the least.  I could go a YEAR without one.  Then, ages ago, I went on a liquid diet (dr supervised) and dropped weight quickly.  My cycles returned, very heavy, and frequent.  The doc said it was normal though, and just kept tabs on my iron levels.  She also advised STRONGLY against getting pregnant at that time. But, I gained that weight back and my cycles returned to extremely erratic.  My hubby use to refer to it as "that time of YEAR" since you never knew if or when I would have one.  My GYN hated it, because it put me at an even higher risk for cancer.  She insisted, however, that I was NOT in menopause -- did blood tests to determine it. Then, 6 weeks before my surgery I wa**** by a truck and landed in a trauma unit for over a month.  THEN I had surgery, and after dropping over 100 lbs, I saw my GYN.  I *still* hadn't had a period since WAY before the accident.  My libido was also completely shot -- non-existent. What my doc said is that, in addition to being hit by a truck and undergoing MAJOR surgery, and dropping a lot of weight, I had gone through M all at the same time, and no WONDER I had no libido!   I am now 2 years out, and still no period.  Can't say I miss it, either.  So yes, as others here have said, see your doc.  There ARE blood tests that can be run, and you want to be sure everything is healthy down there.  A phone call may be all it takes.  Keep us informed! I am sure you are already going to go to the doctor but just to let you knwo they can test for that. They will have to take a blood test. It is one of the testing we went through in doing fertility treatments.

hey Courtney!  Yes! dear with all the drastic changes that have been taking place in you life it can very much change your estrogent levels. I too had a hysterectomy when i was only 29 .Im now 45   it can take a new toll on ones body too!  So i say to you go to your GYN and get a hormone level test/blood test run and it should tell your dr if their is something going on their!  If so they may suggest putting you on some type of hormone therapy. At any rate dear take care & hope you feel better soon!  not sure how old you are but you can go through the change at any age these days seems!  Plus maybe you have any infection  somewhere!  PLease go see your DR asap to make sure!  BONNY
