What Are YOU Doing To Move Today???
I'm getting tired of the cold....I want a nice spring morning that I can go out and run in.......
My muscles are a bit cramped up from yesterday's classes. Bt, I have to say that I have really enjoyed these classes. They have really worked me out in ways that I don't with the personal trainer or here at home. Lots of pilates type moves...PLUS....lots of fun!
So....I signed up for a 1 year membership that allows me unlimited weekly classes, 10% off on their series classes (dance specific classes), free monthly boot camp, etc.
I am SO excited as this is the perfect compliment to my running.
So...today, I have some lactic acid to work out of my muscles so today i will be running 3 miles and doing some upper body weight work.
What about YOU??? What are YOU doing to move today???

So I run like a Girl....now keep up!
Are you moving??? I would count it as activity on a rest day (which we ALL deserve). That's how I count my dance class on Wednesdays.....
