What Are YOU Doing To Move Today???

Morning, Peeps.... It's early for me to be posting, but I will be in training for the enxt 2 weeks and wanted to make sure that I posted early rather than later...... Looks like a warmer day is upon us - YEAH!!!!!!!  So, what are YOU doing to move today????? Me?  Well, yesterday's goal was to run 3 miles in anticiation of a mileage increase this week.  HA!  I DID FOUR MILES!!!! YEAH!!!!!!  I felt so good that I just kept going.  Body is a little sore today, like it has been worked.  It's all good! So, today, my goal is to run 3.5 miles, and then do some ab work and lots of stretching. Enjoy your day!

I was a slug over the weekend.  I went to the DC LDS Temple in Kensington off the beltway and stayed a smidge longer than I planned ( but had some great experiences while there!!), got back to Richmond in time to get a call that my wife's plans had changed so I just happened to be at eh exit to swing by and pick my youngest daugther up from her swim meet and go get dinner (there went my evening run).  We got home by 8.  Church meetings from 10 to 4:30 and a computer fix for a friend that was going to be hooking up a printer (turned into setting a second computer, switching printers between the two computers, hooking up a new printer/copier/fax and installing said software and hooking up a DVD with RF module to the TV and reprogramming a new universal remote).  I was there from 4:30 to 8:30.  MIssed my afternoon/evening run again. The good news is I had gone up from 230 to 239 upon weighing in the Monday after the WLS conference last weekend and was down to 233 this a.m.  I have a appointment with the WLS surgeon this Thursday to see if I'm stablized and whether we want to consider to waistline PS. I'm thinking I'd better be at or below 230 I weighed-in at on the 12 mnth appt in Sept. My exercise time is getting away from me more frequently and I have to get that back under control. Priorities, priorities, priorities!
