Well I am not as good at this as Kat but it seems she is MIA this a.m. Hope everyone had a wonderful weekend and is ready for a wonderful week.
Had a great weekend with my family. A bit stressed with 3 hormonal ladies & 1 very over tired man but we all survived. Not too much on the plans for today, just the gym maybe a bit of bday shopping for my pretty girl since tomorrow is her 14th bday & we will be going to dinner with her.

Good Morning Courtney, was wondering where everyone was this am. I had a nice weekend, my little grandson went to visit his other grandpa, so I was alone for the weekend, kinda lonely, missed the little bugga, but he will be returning today in all his 2 yr old ***** I have been getting some exercise on my new recumbant bike, really needed that, since I can't get out and walk in the bad weather and that has been going pretty well. I'm only up to 2 miles a day but thats a start! If only I could walk that far, I'd be in great shape. Maybe by summer.Best Wishes to the B-day girl, 14 is such a hard age, and I hope you have a great day. Pam
Glad you enjoyed your weekend. A new bike huh. Sounds great. I know that I have been good with my cardio lately and am enjoying it a lot. If 2 miles is where you are comfortable, you are right it is a start & you will get farther.

Sorry I am sick today and will probably go back to bed pretty soon - flu/cold like symptoms and a bad throat -and the strange thing is I can tolerate all these surgeries but I am miserable beyond belief with a cold...................
