Ok...even though the weather is wet today, it's warmer than it has been (o****il later today...). So, let's get out there and get that blood moving around.
So...what are YOU doing to move today???
Me? I have my dance class today (YEAH!!!!), and hope to get on the treadmill for a nice walk before class (today is suppose to be a cardio rest day).

I am doing my normal , squats, leg , butt and thigh firming exercises . I really want that J-Lo butt .. I really do .. so I gotta Work baby !!
