It was good last night -  a real good lesson that was shown was how someone was putting on weight after surgery and she blamed her mother for cooking all that fried food etc but she was the one who was eating it thinking it was all right to go back to the way she had been eating before -  but just eating less of it.... so anyone thinking they could do that should pay attention to that - this really is a change of eating habits for life!! MY problem with that girl though was how she really knew what she was doing was wrong but wanted to blame her Mom - and although her Mom certainly was not helping things - she did not seem to take any personal accountabilty for what she was doing..... This is a good show for people like us.... Jackie

I agree with ya...Esp with her being in the medical field and alreayd having the surgery. She should have known better than to eat 3 and 1/2 slices of pizza "Just because she could keep it down". O I was like...I cant even eat that NOW before my surgery! I sure hope she get's the right information this time around.

I agree - eating something just because she can does not mean that is a good thing - I can't imagine eating one slice of pizze far less three and a half...... I stay away from foods that may be a trigger - that is just my way of dealing with it - so no rice, pasta, bread, ice cream, pizza etc for me since surgery...... I hoep she develops some sense of her own responsibility or she will fail..... Jackie
