What Are YOU Doing To Move Today???
Good Morning, Kiddies......
Looks like a very chilly day is in front of us.....UGH! I want Spring - haha.
So...what are YOU doing to move today????
Me? I'm going to do 2 fitness classes at the dance studio - YEAH! One is a ball class that uses a yoga ball to do alot of sculpting and the other is an mild aerobic type classes that uses dance moves, works up a little bit of a sweat. If I get there early, I'll walk on the treadmill first....we shall see.......
