January Goals
Ok...fess up....how did YOU do with your January goals? Me? not too bad. I did well with monitoring my grazing. I still did some, just not as often....one day at a time......and if I hadn't my carbs would not be a bit higher (yep...still working on that one).
Now that February is coming up, time to start thinking of a new goal. I already have one in mind, and have already started it - Do Something New
So...think about your goals for February! and it cannot be weight loss.

So I run like a Girl....now keep up!
I'm 25 miles short of my 100 mi goal for Jan but starting over for Feb and still have 2 weeks to complete the Asics 100 mi challenge by Valentines.
I ran into a grazing reality too, had my first flu like sickness since WLS, and put on 9 pounds but lost it again in two weeks this month, so Jan has been a real joy ride with the WLS conf thrown in on top for kicks and grins.
My goals for Feb 08 are:
a. More attention to my wife
b. 100 miles, training for the UKROPS 10K in Apr (anyone like to join me??)
c. any amount of weight loss will consititute success.

I didn't have a goal for January. My goal for February...........hhhhmmmmmm..........I have gotten out of drink my water. Dr T said that my blood tests showed that I was very dehydrated. So my goal is to get my 64 oz of water in a day. That goal should be a no brainer so I will also try to up my workouts to 5 days a week instead of just 3. So I have 2 goals for Feb. Is that over doing it?
