What Are YOU Doing To Move Today???
IT'S RAINING!!! UGH!!!! I hate waking up to a rainy morning....unless it's a Saturday or Sunday!
Oh well...so, what are YOU doing to move today???
Me? I'm running today. I am SO sore from dance class again yesterday that I need to work out this lactic acid. Plus, I haven't run since Monday (remember, I did ellipticle on Tuesday, walked on Wed along with dance class and then just dance class yesterday), so I need to run today.

Zumba is an aerobic Latin American and Middle Eastern type of dance class. You really break out into a sweat and it's a blast. Here is the link to my original instructor's website.

PS The first time I tried it I thought I'd die after the first 5 minutes, but I hung in there and really enjoy it and I can't dance well at all.
