February Goals
It's a brand new month and a brand new opportunity to make a new goal and to work to meet it. Remember, it is these goal and small changes, than makes us successful in the long run.
Are you lacking in the water department? Struggling with your protein? Having a hard time with vitamins? Or just finding it difficult to get up and walk?
Make it a goal to improve what you are now doing and then be accountable by posting it here and letting us know how you are doing. Even if you are still struggling, let us know. There are alot of people here with alot of experience and great tips. You WILL find help here because we ALL want YOU to be successful.
Ok...my February goals are to try something new and to stretch more often.
As for trying something new, I started that in January with the dance class, but plan to expand that by adding in more dance classes. As for stretching, I plan to just do that.

Goal setting,......Jill is right....juz DO IT!!!
Jill has inspired me to set a goal,... find a way to do indoor stuff if I don't get out to run, now to do that without spending the money to join a gym or buy expsensive equipment.
I juz struggle seeing myself doing a workout video in front of the TV........
HA! I wish I was taller....5'4" just isn't cutting it
You and a workout dvd??? We need to find something for you to do.......

OK lil missy I think we got this milage thingy workin on this bike my goal is to do a mile a day this month or more, lets hope the more gets more : )
