February Goals
Sounds like a winner.
Just be careful not to over do it. You need some days of rest, and too much cardio isn't good for the body.
Just make sure that you find a good balance.

So I run like a Girl....now keep up!
I have so many things I want to make my goal, but I know I can't try to tackle them all. I guess for this month my goal is going to be to get to the gym at least twice a week (preferably more) and drink more water.
I'm going to go to a Zumba class on Monday with one of my friends from high school. I also found someone else looking for a workout buddy who's going to come here to my apartment and work out with me since it's free and convenient.
