Tink, These sound wonderful except Steve, the kids and I all can't stand mushrooms!  What else could I put the seafood stuffing in?  I know how much you love to cook so I thought you may have some healthier ideas.  Thanks! Tammy

How about tomatoes? Cherry tomatoes could work just as well. MMM making me head hungry now!

Maybe bake them in mini muffin tins?  Spray them with Pam first, maybe even dust them with bread crumbs -- the fine kind.  Just an idea, not sure how that would work.

Try  putting a spoonful of the ingredients in a wonton wrapper and baking it, I bet that would be good!Pam

Thanks Tink, Im on pre-op liquid diet and my biggest weakness is MUSHROOMS AND SEAFOOD!!!!!!!!  Man that sounds so so good, I will save this for later.  It also makes me think about the way I cook mushrooms with cream cheese and fried sauage mixture.....I'm dying!
