What Are YOU Doing To Move Today???

Good Morning! What a BEAUTIFUL day!!!!  Looks like it will be a pretty good day for watching the Superbowl and hanging out with friends. BUT....that often means FOOD and LOTS of it!  So, it is very important that we move today....move away fromt he buffet table....move away from the beer line......MOVE! So...what are YOU doing tomove today? Me?  It's a running day for me.  and a long run, tab-boot.  So....I plan to run 3.5 miles today - secretly, I'm hoping to hit 4 miles again, but, we will see).  Plus a bit of ab work and lots of stretching....... So...have a good day, and I hope that your team wins!

Good am Jill, Its going to be gorgeous for sure! A nature day for me. Prolly hitting the pavement for 2 miles today. Gonna be focusing on some goal oriented details and trying to avoid football. Enjoy!

60 minutes on the elliptical machine. 710 calories 5.2 miles. Done. Now I am going to sit on my butt and watch football!
