MARDI GRAS .. 08
We are finally back and rested from Mardi Gras .. What a time .. what a place ..
The people, the town .. where awesome .. words cannot describe how I feel ...
We started off Rocky .. not being able to get to our hotel via the shuttle .. we had to walk through the Parade .. toting our luggage .. me .. I got to drag beer cans and trash through the streets . What a site that was ... Jill was a trooper .. she walked the streets of NOLA with crutches .. every single night .. nothing stopped her !!
Dinner at NOLA was incredible ... the atmosphere .. so New Orleans ..
I had Po-Boy Sandwiches just about every night .. I visited the "Frat House" I tried on some really hot clothes at the Hustler shop ..
JoAnn was a great tour guide and so much fun... .. she knows this place !!

We had our appointments at Electric Lady Tatoo .. the same place Christina Ricci and Angelina Jolie recieved their body art .. OMG the artist that did me .. was incredible ..

Glad to hear that you guys had a great time. I absolutely LOVE NOLA. I end up there every few years since my ex is from outside of there and my hubby's family is there. Always a BLAST! Oh...and the stories - haha....

Glad that you all had a great time - I have never been but do plan to go there sometime as we have relatives down there....
Now what we all want to know - did you earn your beads and where are the pictures of that??? lol!!
Tha tattoo is fabulous! Bet it hurt like heck! But worth it!
