The past couple of days I just haven't felt much like eating anything.  Anybody else?

Hugs!

I get like that from time to time, especially if I'm had the munchies (like at that time of the month) alot. Just keep an eye on it....

It would take a sledge hammer to the gut to make me feel like not eating, or a thousand staples, but I'm terribly sorry you are under the weather. Hope you are feeling better soon.Hugs,Pam

Thanks Jill & Pam.  Well, I don't get visits from Aunt Flo anymore & I'm feeling sick.  Just don't feel like eating.  I've forced myself to eat some chicken & some applesauce, but only because I know I have to put SOMETHING in my body.  Pam...LOL...I used to feel like you too.  Who ever heard of not eating or forgetting to eat?  This is just kinda weird.  And no, I'm not depressed either.  Hmmm.  Well, maybe it'll pass soon.  If I'm not back up to speed by Monday, I'll call dr. Mo. Hey Pam...I have a new friend to meet next week.  She's here on OH too.  What's your schedule look like?

Hugs!

This happens to me often.  I find that I am "eating to live" instead of "living to eat!"

Me too...I have found myself realizing late in the day/night that I have missed out on so much, and try to play catch up.  Not a good way to do it!  I hope things pick up for you! BTW, "Tigger," ..... GREAT new pic! Cindy

What the heck is normal?????Not me that's for sure. I'm with Joann on this one. I eat to live, never ever hungry so I eat by the clock.

I'm with Cindy, my troubles are late in the day.  I HAVE to get home at a reasonable hour or I just don't want to eat and then go right to sleep.  I suppose this is more habit from the old days than anything else, mainly because prior to surgery I could NEVER eat and then go right to bed or else the acid reflux was something fierce.  I also notice when I'm having a particularly busy day at work and don't feel hungry that I don't think of eating and have to force myself to stop and have a snack. It really is true what tigger says...you are now eating to live not living to eat...so it is good you got the little bit down that you did and remember to keep your body fueled!  :)

Are you stressed?  I find that is when it happens to me the most.

Thanks everybody for all the responses.  BTW, I meant to say I'm NOT feeling sick...dyslexic fingers.  Anyway, I seem to be back to normal.

Hugs!
