What Are YOU Doing To Move Today???

Good Morning Everyone...... Looks like a decent day is ahead of us.  So...what are YOU doing to move today???? Me?  I have 2 dance/fitness classes this morning (2 hours total), and then a 2 hour dance class tonight.  So....I'll be burning the calories today! I ended up not running yesterday.  I just did alot of stretching (I'm getting really flexible, already) and practiced my dance routine.  So....I moved. Enjoy your day!

I am going to spring clean.  Just bought the kiddos new wardrobes and need to weed out the older clothes for the consignment shop.  So most of my exercise will be indoors today.  They really pushed my knee past the limit yesterday at PT so it is truly very painful to walk right now w/o it feeling like it's going to buckle.  I'm hoping by afternoon I can have it stretched enough to go walking.   I'm proud to say I do at least 1.5 miles of actual walking each day this week.   Have fun dancing!!

$100 and I'll throw in wall/moulding cleaning.  I clean my parents' house as my dad is retired but has heart issues and gets angina easily & mom works full time in Richmond so she drives like 3 hrs a day.

yeah but that is for 1600sqft and under.  Add $35 for every additional sqft.

Taking it easy on the cardio for a while . We logged no less than 20 miles this week at NOLA . I got on the scales , I have lost 5 pounds . So .. I need to start uping the protein ... and just get back to weight training for a while ... I cannot afford to lose any more .  I tell you .. for those that think exercise is boring .. and will not enhance weightloss .. I am living proof .. you move .. you lose....  You gotta do it .. no matter what .. NO EXCUSES ..  Once I get settled back in VA .. I am finding a spring dance class . I want to take URBAN DANCING .. been lookig into it and it looks fun .  Enjoy your day !  Nat

Urban Dance, huh?  Sounds like FUN! But...I gotta tell ya....I am ABSOLUTELY loving my dance classes - I just signed up for the intermediate classes to start right after this class is completed. BUT....my legs are SO bruise up from being anemic and the poles.  BUT...It's a BLAST!!!! Even hubby is liking these classes - hehe

Got my butt up and headed to the treadmill this mornigng and got in 3 miles before we walked the entire freaking city of Buda (and let me tell ya..it ain't flat!). Tomorrow is Pest!

Jill I did it!! I went back to the gym.. and man oh man was it good to be there!!! I did 30 min of walking on the treadmill.... Now.. I need tips.... Im a bit woozy/dizzy off and on.  What do you eat/drink before and during?  Here's what I got I had a bullet of protein 25 g before working ouit I had 1/4 of a Deer Park Sports Bottle top while working oiut And finished the rest on the drive home and before embarking on target... I had 1/4 with propel while getting ready for a baby shower I had 1 oz of tuna and 1/2 oz of bread when I got down getting ready for the baby festivities (no not prego! ) at the shower I had 2 oz of cheese, water and (an evil treat of full y leaded coffee) that could be doing it since I haven't had caffiene in ages.. and I feel like Im on crack right now.... can't slow down... LOL... I just had some egg salad... Oh and I've had 15 g of protein via an atkins shake Tips on how to eat/drink now that Im beginning to work out again? I know Im coming off of being dehydrated, weak etc... I made sure to take it easy at the gym.. never went above 3.2 for walking and at 0 incline.  Yesterday I had almost 100g of protein and tons of water ... so things are good there...  Sorry for the long diatribe, but please blame the Java Juice :)
