Daily Challenge- Avoid A Workout Rut

Adding variety to your regular workout routine is more important than you might think. New activities not only keep you interested and motivated, they also challenge your muscles work harder to adapt to new activities and motions. This, in turn, might even increase your metabolism.

Today, plan out your exercise routine for the week making sure to include several different activities. If you walk all the time, plan on integrating a minute or two of sprinting into your walk to get your heart rate up. Or if you use machines at the gym regularly, try some free weights. Whatever it is, surprise your muscles.

Good one! A blast from my past as well as my sis's is now a personal trainer! So, we're hitting her up for some friendly motivation as well as working on not losing touch this time. Putting things in perspective her son was 8 that last time we saw him and she was in a bad relationship & how bout she' s 2 years going strong talking of marriage and her son who's autistic is doing wonderfully and is a teenager! I'm excited about her transformation which in turn motivates me/us. Enjoy the gorgeous sunshine!
