What Are YOU Doing To Move Today???

It's cool out there, but sounds like the temps are going to come up a bit.
So....what are YOU going to do to move today????
Me? Today is my long run day. I plan to do 4 miles today, but will try to add 1/4 mile to my run today to challenge my body and to increase some endurance.
Then, I plan to do some weight work, ab work and LOTS of stretching.

So I run like a Girl....now keep up!
I'm getting out in nature for sure for some walking & such but nothing real aggressive today. Been pushing hard and feel like I'm getting some sniffles so nipping that in the bud for sure. It can be said that once the buggas get done with their bouts of sickies Momma gets it a week later. Such is life!




I hear ya on the sniffles...I woke up yesterday with them and had low energy. I ended up only doing one workout class int he morning and then dance class last night.
BUT...today...I hit my target!!! 4.25 miles + .5 mile walk. AND weights, abs and LOTS of stretching cause my legs are tight!
