Sleeping is part of your body’s 24-hour biological cycle, also known as your circadian rhythm. When you get enough sleep, your body has time to do regular maintenance work. That’s why after a good night’s sleep you usually wake up feeling renewed, energized, and refreshed.

Tonight, challenge yourself to pay attention to how your body winds down at the end of the day. Then, make it a point to go to bed early enough so that you get a full eight hours sleep. (Tip: Try to go to bed at the same time every night – even on weekends; this helps your body stick to a regular schedule.) www.kashi.com
