Today was the 1st day to my new beginning

Theresa, you are well on your way with your journey.  Your day will be here before you know it.  You are already a member of our "family", can't wait to welcome you to the losing side officially.

Congradulations on your milestone, this journey seems to be made of many of them and this is certainly one of them. I am also  a March baby and will be joining you in your journey.This is certainly the place to express your joys and your fears so feel free to do both. Best wishes, Pam

Congrats as well! The last weeks of your old life really do fly by and you'll be amazed that you ever lived your life the old way. Your post-op existence is by no means easy, but you'll get to a point where you'll kick yourself for ever putting it off. Best of luck to you. Keep us updated!
