What Are YOU Doing To Move Today???

Good Morning...Rise and Shine!!!! Temps are going to be pretty good, but you will need to dodge the rain (hey...GREAT exercise!). So...what are YOU doing to move today???? Me?  I'm off from work today because hubby is having knee surgery.  So, I want to run 2.5 miles today and then I have dance class tonight.  Maybe I'll get to the studio a little early so I can hop on the poles for a bit before class. so...enjoy your day and get moving!!!  Spring in coming and we want our trim bodies to be toned!

Good am Jill, I LOVE THE RAIN! I'm moving around a LOT better today although this cold is hanging around I'm a bit better. THANKFULLY! Hope hubby's surgery goes smoothly & you accomplish your fun & have fun at dance class. I'm gonna TRY to rest today some more. (I say that but COME ON). Anyhow enjoy your Wednesday!

Good Morning!!! Just wanted to  say hope John's surgery goes well today and let him know we are thinking of him. Boy not a very good Valentine's gift huh. Well you will have to dress up an do a pole dance for him tom. : ) Stay dry today and be safe.

Jill - Confident the surgery will be fine...just hope the RECOVERY is smooth! Percoset, YUM! I'm struggling with motivation, but gutting it out. Did half of my strength training yesterday while waiting for class to begin, so did the other half today.  Then hopped on the treadmill and lost interest after 15 minutes, so switched to the bike for another 20.  I just kept counting calories burned and aimed for 250 cardio calories and then I QUIT!!!! I guess my real motivation was making it home in time to see AI ! Cleo

Ah I'm a day late!  Jill, hope hubby's surgery went well and you are coping with taking care of him.  I biked 2 miles in 10mins at PT yesterday!!!  I finally got my knee to bend to 120 degrees and am starting to walk a bit better and faster
