I'm not a big meat eater, so I focus most of my food on dairy, fruits and vegetables.
I try to keep my calories under 800/day per my nutritionist, carbs are running between 50-60/day and I am trying to up my protein more and more, I am averaging about 80/day right now and I make sure I get my two protein supplements in a day.
What about you???
