Daily Challenge - Hydrate Yourself

While there is no consensus in the scientific community about exactly how much water the average person needs, it’s still a good idea to drink it regularly. Lots of us, though, don’t drink much and have little idea about our daily intake.

Today, challenge yourself to make water a priority by counting every glass you drink. Aim for 8-11 glasses.

I so need this challenge. I have to remind myself every day to drink more. I am getting there. It is a very slow process. I usually get in about 45 to 50 oz. I know I need more. Hey, when is your next Friday off?

hey there..... It was suppose to be yesterday, but I had to go in for a few hours.  Next one should be on the 29th, but I may have to goin for a few hours that day too....UGH! Wanna do lunch?????
