Have you written down an exercise plan and worked toward your fitness goals? If so, you might want to plan out ways to reward yourself once you’ve met them. Lots of people find this practice incredibly satisfying…and motivating.

Today, write a list of things you’d like to reward yourself with once you’ve reached certain fitness milestones. Here are a couple ideas:

• Clothing • Trainers • An exercise DVD • A night on the town • A day at a spa

Always consult a physician before starting any exercise routine. www.kashi.com

An Etienne Aigner bag I saw at Leesburg Outlets (I can get it on line too) - as soon as I get to goal (about 6 lbs), which will only happen if I'm consistent with exercise.

I'm a Dooney gal myself....but that's a GREAT reward! I'm in the hunt for mine - I had decided back in Dec if I was consistent with my dance classes and regular workouts, that I would treat myself to a pair of boots and skirt for class...SO....today I'm on the hunt, hoping to get one for class on Wednesday.
