Today's daily challenege is a GREAT way to meet your goals, and one that we can ALL do.  So...get out your pen and paper and let's get VISUALIZING! Practiced by athletes to improve sports performance, mental conditioning can also work for overcoming everyday stress and improving health. What is it, exactly? A practice based on four core techniques that include relaxation, imagery, goal setting, and positive thinking. Sound familiar now? Essentially, you find a quiet space to focus on what you want to achieve and visualize yourself accomplishing it. It’s exercise for the brain. And studies show that concentrating on positive images can lower blood pressure and boost immunity.

Today, spend a little time identifying a goal you want to achieve or something that causes you stress. Perhaps you have a big presentation at work or an exercise goal you want to meet. Then, visualize yourself overcoming the obstacle and successfully achieving your goal. www.kashi.com
