What are YOU Doing To Move Today????
Bbbrrrr.....it's chilly out there, but looks to be warming up quite a bit today.
After yesterday's classes I want to take 2 tylenol and go back to bed - haha. BUT...it's long run day. So...I plan to run 4.25 miles, some ab work, and LOTS of stretching......
So...what are YOU doing to move today????
