What are YOU Doing To Move Today????

Bbbrrrr.....it's chilly out there, but looks to be warming up quite a bit today. After yesterday's classes I want to take 2 tylenol and go back to bed - haha.  BUT...it's long run day.  So...I plan to run 4.25 miles, some ab work,  and LOTS of stretching...... So...what are YOU doing to move today????

Just more work around the house and garage...maybe I'll lift everything I pick up twice for extra exercise (not!).
