GOOD MONDAY AM YA'LL!!!

Good am all, How are ya'll doing this am? Great I hope. First, big time prayers going out & up for Jackie as she's having her plastic surgery done this am and Jackie H's mom who is having surgery.  How was your weekend? Ours was jam packed, on the go, go, go. I am happy & proud to say on Friday we paid some massive debt completely off. What a grand feeling! Saturday the buggas & I were gone from about 8:30 am until something to 5 pm & got errands done, shopping mainly for them, some much needed necessities & a few fun things in between. Came home & totally did some great deeds. We went through their clothes/toys, my clothes & a few other things and loaded the car with items for Goodwill. Then I headed off for some "me" time for a mani/pedi & wax. Ohhhhh how I enjoyed that almost 2 hours. It helps I've been going to the same shop for almost 10 years now & really enjoy the owners and so I don't mind hanging around a while.  Sunday was spent on the go, go, go again which I didn't anticipate and claimed would be a lazy day. I cannot even guess how much walking I've done but I gotta say I feel it & love it. Had breakfast with my sis & nephew**** up Costco for some things, did a lot of chores, then hit up Books A Million to replenish my journals & grab The Message. While there I saw several books of interest I'll be checking to see if the library has & even saw a few interesting articles for Spring with regard to changing up exercising and such. Just read them no purchasing but picked up a few tips.  On the books for today is hanging with 4 buggas. My two & my 2 nephews. No school today and the sitter has surgery so prayers there for her too. Its strangely warmer outside than it should be for February so I know we'll be hitting nature time as well. Gonna spend the day catching up with them & playing around a lot. Got a new digital camera as well this weekend! Momma's NEW toy! So, I'll be snapping away for sure. Otherwise, I plan to smile a lot today & enjoy my blessings. So, to you and yours hope ya'll have a FANTASTIC Monday & remember to smile, see the positives & really dig deep to be kind & share your heart & soul. Give things a once over when they aren't clicking well & see how you can make choices to improve them. Btw, before I go there are 2 new but strange Crystal Light flavors I'm passing along. One is called Peach Mango Green Tea which is kinda spiffy & the other is Red Tea with Natural Mandarin. They are definitely a different taste. I think I'll be sticking with my Cherry Limeade and Cran Apple! Enjoy your Monday folks!

Hi Kat, I just wanted to say good morning and BIG congrats for paying off the debt. There's no other feeling like it and you should be SO proud of yourself! I became debt free over just about 14 years ago and have never looked back. It changes the way you approach buying and allows you to really enjoy what you have and what else you bring into your life. Good for you! I echo your prayers for everyone who needs them, including myself. My 14 year old son is struggling with school right now and it's a challenge to know how to help him and keep him accountable at the same time.  Anyway, I've got the day off for a change, so plan to enjoy some long overdue puttering around and relaxing. Have a great day!

Good am Mary, Thanks so much! It truly does feel wonderful. I spent several hours on the dang phone on Friday. I'm not whining I just honestly don't care for the phone. It certainly does change the line of thinking I have regarding buying things. I've learned to better save and plan & that's been a challenge in itself. No worries! Sending up prayers for you & yours as well. Enjoy your day off & I hope the "me" time you get in is rewarding! All best....

Mary-- I can feel your pain with your son. Mine is 13 and as a friend told me once it is biologically impossible for them to enjoy themselves at that age. I once joked that one of us isn't going to make it his 18th birthday. Now that I am getting in shape, he better raise his game if he wants to make it. LOL We may just need to form a side support board for parents of teenagers. Have a good day, Blair

Hey Nat -  I would LOVE to help you pack... I just wish I lived closer to you! I can offer you a nice evening out once you are done moving, as a way of congratulating you for surviving! I would love to come up to that area and spend some time together for a good catching up. You sound like you are settling into the new job just beautifully. It's always an adjustment learning the ropes in a new place, but it's fun and full of adventure to make your own way. Have a good week and let us know how it goes!

Good am Natalie,  Enjoy your day at work. Glad you are stopping by to check in here. The Peach Mango is pretty good but VERY potent. So, I use my 32 oz. water bottle to one packet. The Red Tea is well....not great. Yep, the Walmart versions are what I really love in the Cherry Limeade and Cran Apple. Packing is not fun my sis is doing that now as they are moving in about 3-4 more weeks. All best....

Good Morning glad to here you got rid of alot of stress for you.... Debt is always the demon in my book though we all have tons of it. And sounds like you had a blast over the weekend. Glad to here you and the buggas hada great shopping day with lots of goodies. Sat for me was just a regular day for me I took mt soon to be  sister-in-law around shopping as she is limited in deiving in the city (wont go there) but wont be doing that again lol. Then met some friends for early dinner then off to my auction but came home early wasnt feeling good.  I did get a call from a long time friend I hadnt spoke w/ for a very long time we had a very nice anf memorable chat. Oh Sat. I did replace the missing in action Maid of Honor I had so the wedding is back on lol (darn) just kidding! Getting nervous about this I must say. But I did find another  friend to stand in for me. Sunday morning was quiet and the afternoon was a birthday party for a older friend who turned 67 (surprise) he was shocked and cried he said nobody had ever done this for him so he was excited and Im glad we brought joy to him for his special day. This week will be a busy one getting ready  for  school in a few weeks and getting these invatations done I ate writting, Well enough said.  Hope you all havea wonderful Monday and Kept those needing prayer in your thoughts, and Jackie we cant wait to see you back here girl Ill be buzzing you later in the week hugs......
