If you sit down and pay attention to how music makes you feel you realize how powerfully it can affect your emotions. And not just your emotions. According to some studies, music actually stimulates the brain’s pleasure centers. This stimulation has been linked to health benefits, including lower blood pressure, reduced pain, and improved sleep.

Today, take a little time to listen to music that makes you feel positive and happy. Enjoy the feeling knowing that you’re also doing something good for your health.

Violin????  I played the flute for many...many years.  In fact, I almost went into the military to play in the band. So...like you...I ALWAYS have music playing.....

Yep, I played for more than 13 years then had a severe car accident in which my left wrist & hand were shattered along with my right elbow being completely broken in 1/2. I required surgeries and very extensive physical therapy. I was honestly devastated because I couldn't play the one I wanted/once had because I was pushing things & I ended up selling my violin for $100 bucks after my parents paid more than $1000 + for it. Such is life & NOW I have another & am BACK! :P

Ah yes... music does it for me! I am an iTunes maniac and love music of ALL kinds... I would be lost without it.
