What Are YOU Doing To Move Today????
UGH! It's raining out there...I was hoping that it would be nice this morning so I could go out and run. And I woke up with a headache, thanks to the rain (boo!).
But...I plan to take 2 tylenol and hit the treadmill for a run. And then lots of stretching, and some ab work. I'm on waitlist for a class this evening at the dance studio, so I'm hoping to get in - it wold be great upper body work to end the day.
SO...what are YOU doing to move today???

So I run like a Girl....now keep up!
Me + 4 kids + nice weather = EXERCISE! Enjoy!
