Weighed 289 this morning. That's 100 lbs. in 12 weeks!

Goal reached 14 months later: 130 lbs
Regain over next 3.5 years to a high of: 166 lbs
Current weight: 135.8 lbs and heading back to 130 lbs!!

I love it when people share their before and after's and I cant wait till I can too. One thing I do is look FIRST to their faces in both pictures...sometimes the weight loss just comes second to the happiness people show on their faces in those after pictures. No vanity nessesary when you see that accomplishment's on the faces!
