There are so many nutritious and delicious combinations of snack foods. Oftentimes, though, when we’re hungry and on-the-go we grab the first thing available, which is not always the healthiest option.

A great way to change this habit is to make a list of possible snacks that you can easily prepare in advance and take with you. For example, trail mix with cereal, nuts, and dried fruit.

Today, write a list of 6-12 of your favorite snacks to make on the fly. Hi there... I love edamame (soy beans), turkey jerky, cheese, almonds, bananas and protein balls as my grab and go snacks. If I have my cold lunch bag I sometimes take yogurt.
