Good Morning, Fitness Fanatics..... Another bright new day is upon us and another opportuntiyt to get our rears in gear....Spring is right around the corner and I do not want to wear a beach cover-up. So...what are YOU doing to move today???? Me? I plan to run for cardio and then I have a class, which will give me my strength training and a little bit of cardio. Enjoy your day!!!
