Good morning Everyone, Next to trying to kick a cold, I am feeling fantastic.  I am 2 months post op today and all could not be better.  I have lost 10 inches on my waist, I feel overall much better than I have in years.  I have a total of 67lbs lost.  Only issue I have is trying to take 30 mins to eat.  Usually I take between 15 and 20.  Something I really need to work on. Man I feel good.....

That is awesome. Getting used to eating slowly is a real struggle. We of the larger variety tend to eat quickly, which is why we have no idea when we are actually full. WLS makes it so that you enjoy pain for doing what you're used to. I have struggled with eating that slowly just because I am always trying to do 3 or 4 other things while eating. Keep working at it and you'll get teh hang of it. Congrats on your steps in the right direction! Enjoy getting rid of the old pants!

CONGRATULATIONS on your wonderful progress!!!  I understand the issue with the eating slowly...I think it is a constant struggle with many of us...old habits are hard to break.  The big thing is just being conscious of what you are doing. Keep up the great work! Cindy
