I talked to Kimmy tonight and she would like for me to pass this information to you . She is hosting a huge Meet and Greet in Atlanta . No Vendors or Speakers . Just a meet and greet. Ok people I promised an update on the 15th but no changes have been made. This trip is open to everyone!!! Pre op, post op, no op, hell your best friend's neighbor's Aunt Sally can come as long is she's ready to have FUN!!!

The Official Hotlanta dates are...........August 1, 2 and 3rd 2008!!!!! Those dates are now set! So if you need to make travel plans go right ahead!!!
I will be announcing the trip and adding any updates on the 1st and the 15th of every month between now and then and of course if you have any questions please PM me!!!

Friday August 1st Arrive Atlanta Georgia

5:00 pm (approx) meet in lobby to leave for Atlanta Braves game at Turner Field
7:35 Game Time!!! Braves vs Milwaukee
Group Sales for the Braves begin with discounts for 25 or more people but even at that it's only $2 off the regular seat price. Tickets should be in the $40 range
After game Pajama Party back at the hotel in a hospitality suite, snacks provided, BYOB
Saturday August 2
10:00 am (approx) Meet in the lobby to leave for Underground Atlanta. Shopping and Dining. This is where we will eat lunch.
3:00 pm Poolside Party at the Hotel with snacks, BYOB
7:00 pm Meet in Lobby to leave for Dinner and Dancing. Restaurant and Club TBA
Sunday August 3
This day will be our free day. Some may choose to leave, others may stay. Craig and I will probably stay until Monday if anyone else is interested. There are many options for Sunday....Stone Mountain, Six Flags, Downtown, Shopping, Water Park, Antiques, the list goes on and on. We will address this day as the trip gets much closer.
The deadline for Braves tickets will be May 1st, so we can get a block of seats together. I will give you my info later on so you can send your ticket $$ and I will purchase them.
I will have complete directions for everyone, if you are flying into Atlanta you can take the MARTA train from the airport to Buckhead where we will being staying and the hotel limousine will pick you up at the station and bring you to hotel. MARTA is Atlanta's rapid transportation system, trains and stations are very clean and security is great and the fares are reasonable! The hotel limousine will be what we use to get around within a 3 mile radius. There is a cut off time for the limo however so Saturday, we may have to use taxis to get back from the club.
Since this is not an official conference there are no registration fees, you may choose to give a little to help out with drinks and snacks. If anyone is interested I would LOVE to design a T-shirt for this weekend. The cost would probably be around $10-12 each. Let me know what you think on that one.
