HAPPY THURSDAY YA'LL!!! -Need advice/personal experiences

Good am Jill, Oh yeah CHILLY for sure! Kayla's bus was really incredibly late this am. So, I ended up calling not only the school but Dept of Transportation and the bus was slated to pick up extra kiddos & standing out in the freezing winds here was NOT peachy! Thanks I am grateful for the responses from you & others as well. I will be eating, drinking, taking them during the day and remembering I'm getting over this cold with some remaining drainage. Good day! I totally get the meds/vitamin thing. When it comes to my bigger, denser vits like calcium I make sure to take em with  lots of liquids and a little food.  Now that Citrical Creamy Bites are no more ;( I am struggling with the Citrical petites. Osteoporosis runs in my family so I'm hyperviligant to get in all the calcium I can and do weight bearing exercises. Here's hoping that all of you who are  under the weather or battling demons feel better soon!

Good pm Jen,  I wouldn't miss my vits for anything but I sure won't miss waking up nauseous. Ewwww! So, I've learned a thing or 2 and will focus on getting them in when I'm supposed and stop rushing around for everyone else! Hope you day is going well.

I cannot take any pill after 7pm. The last time I did, I felt like it was at the back of my throat and had the worst heartburn and just felt like a lump there until the afternoon of the next day. I know you felt bad and my heart went out to you because I remember that feeling all too well. I sure hope you feel better and by the way, love your new pic. Crystal

Good pm Crystal, Yeah see here is my deal...I don't eat after 7 and am usually done with my vits by 6ish. Oh gosh I woke up and was like OMG I am GOING to puke. It was the WORST feeling (besides my lovely interactions with anesthesia which has ALWAYS been bad for me) and I got up and immediately was like ok just walk, breathe and DONT puke. UGH! So, lesson learned for sure. I know better but again was rushed and just have to remind myself NOTHING is more important than taking care of me. Awww thanks! I wish these pics would show up better. I tried working with it.

Yes Tink, I am her older sister. She had her lap band on Jan 16 and I had my gastric bypass on Jan 9th. I was the one who talked her into going to Dr. Schirmer and I was glad we made the journey together. We were both having such mobility problems and I knew we had to make some big changes to enjoy any kind of future. I was looking at your pictures and I must say, you are gorgeous. You all have been such an inspiration to me. I have 5 brothers and sisters, the youngest two are twins, Bonny and Becky. Take care, Crystal
