HAPPY THURSDAY YA'LL!!! -Need advice/personal experiences
Good pm JoAnn, thanks so much. I have always taken it in the evening just not that late and so I guess lessons learned. Have a nice evening.

Good pm Ann,
Naw, no bugga #3! The shop is closed! I'd love to have more but its not in the cards besides I'm blessed with these 2. Really? Dang that's spiffy gonna try that if it happens again. You DO! Love ya too!

Kat ..
Great Evening to you . I am sitting her in a hotel .. alone .. Scared to make the drive into work in the morning due to the snow ..so here I am .
I thought about your post today . And I have had this happen more than once . I really never gave it any thought except I looked at the time of day it happend .
It was usually late in the evening . And on an empty stomach .
Now I take calcium all day . Most WLS patients take maybe 1200 to 1600 mg a day . I take 2000. I have really bad Osteoporosis and Dengenerative Disc disease . This is not due to WLS but the amount of cortisol I take .. so my dosage sometimes is a bit overwhelming to me . But now that I think about it .. it has been on occasion of empty stomach .
I hope you are feeling better and took your calcium with food or lots of water .
Take care,
Nat

Good pm Natalie,
I surely hope that the weather takes it easy and your travels are safe. Yep, mine was last pm, later than normal & I hadn't eaten for about 3 hours when I took them. I am working on feeling better for sure & this pm I've taken them right after dinner (bout 10 mins after) and so far I'm good. Be safe & prayers coming your way. All best...

Thanks Jackie, I did well last pm so lesson learned. Hmmm chewable mint form? Please share! Hope you are recovering nicely as well. :P

lol! I am starting to feel a little better but hurt like heck!! I take Bariatric Advantage Chewable Mint - they are a little chalky but I used them like breath mints and also if I feel hungery because no-one wants to eat with a minty breath!
You also get cinimon, chocloate and cherry flavors - yummy!
