Daily Challenge - Eat a little, then wait

Did you know that it takes 20 minutes for your belly to tell your brain it’s full? That’s why it’s so important to pace yourself during meals, chew slowly, and savor every bite.

Today, challenge yourself to make your meals last 15-20 minutes long. Or at least wait that long before going back for seconds.
