Girlfriend, you are doing sooooooooooooooo great!!   I'm so glad that we got to meet in January and hope that we will meet again soon to get to know each other better! This board is a wonderful place to get to know people who have walked the same walk that you are on.  My family, caring as they are, so not understand the significance of my re-birthday today.  The get it, but they don't GET it.  Does that make any sense??????????? Take care of your beautiful self!! JoAnn

Im sure sorry your belly wasnt feeling good today...:( But I will say Im actually glad to hear that the pouch still rules even three year's out. All the horror stories I have heard about regaining because the 18 month window had closed scares me a lil...

Yep, the pouch does still rule at 3 years out!  You really have to understand that this a life-long commitment to a different way of life.  It was very hard at first, but, oh, so worth it! Take care, sweetie! JoAnn

Ooohh...GASP!  I hope you are feeling better - that just stinks, doesn't it????  I swear I was SO ill yesterday - the dang snap peas were stuck and weren't going down and if I drank something, the liquid just sat on top of them....UGH!

So...I KNOW how you feel...it's just ill!  BUT...in a wierd way, isn't it great that we are rminded that our tool still works the way it is suppose too?  I know...sick, isn't it - HAHA.

Sending hugs and kisses your way......

Wow...sorry that you were sick for a minute, JoAnn!  But the folks who learn from it are thankful! It's 10 months for me right now, so getting a little reminder that the pouch rules  without having to go thru it myself...well...it's wonderful!  Thanks! I normally only learn the hard way! Whens that  next get together? :-) Glad you're feelin bettah! (and...and I bought my first size 8 in 25 years the other day!) Yay for the pouch! xo Joy
