What Are YOU Doing To Move Today???

Aaawww...a brand new day is upon us....a new day with new challenges...... So...what will YOU do to move today???  How will you get the blood pumping?  Looks like Nat is testing out a new thread each week.  Make sure you check out her exercise.  Just make sure that you have your doctor's clearance before starting ANY exercise program. Also...before doing the exercise of the week, make sure that your body is properly warmed up.  Doing the exercise she has provided, while simple enough, can hurt you if you are not properly  warmed. Ok...So, what am I doing to move today?  NOTHING!!!!!  I'm getting my nails done and that's about it!  After last night's beat up (uummm...Bootcamp workout) I am taking a well deserved break so my muslces can repair themselves.  We need to do that for our bodies. So...until tomorrow..........

Good am Jill, I am gonna be plugging away at lots of chores then errands. Not getting out much today as I was up quite a bit last pm off & on (just couldn't sleep well) and so its a "slow" day. Have a great one!
