What Are YOU Doing To Move Today???

Good Morning, Folks..... OMG!  My body is S*O*R*E from class the other night.  I woke up this morning to the muscles being nice and sore....UGH! I am suppose to go to class this morning, but I also have to work for a few hours today.  Which means, the earlier I start working, the earlier I can be finished....but...I also want to go to class.... Decisions, decisions.... I think I will hope on the treadmill and take a nice long walk (45 minutes) to get the leg muscles stretched out, do some ab work and LOTS of stretching. Then....I can go to work early and not have to worry about missing my workout for the day..... Ok...THAT's the plan! Now...what about YOU....What are YOU Doing To Move Today?????

We are moving some of our things to the new town house . This will be my exercise for the day .. not to mention dodging the ice that is on the steps and sidewalks.  We are supposed to visit the new gym this week . I cannot wait .  Alan and I are building an inhome gym as well .. while we may not always have time to go to the gym , we are getting the Bo-flex total gym system . The townhouse has rooms we won't even use so we are turning one of them into the " Gym " I cannot wait !!  Have a great day .. and good for you on the stretching .. very important ...  Nat

UGH!  I HATE moving!!!!  I just HATE it!!!! I must say...that was one of the BEST things that I did....convert my unused dining room into an in-home gym.  I got a nice Nordictrack treadmill (with a tv on it and cable hook-up), a Nordictrack ellipticle, free weights, the Total Body Gym, yoga ball, small tv, dvd player, alarm clock with Ipod player and a few other things.  Plus, I put up 2 bullentine boards to post work outs and other motivational stuff. And, as soon as my son leaves the nest (end of this summer), I will be putting all of my gym equipment in his room (it's downstairs) and I'm looking at adding a pole in there at the same time - YEAH!!!! But...when you have your gym at home, you have NO excuses to not work out.  I LOVE it!  I can exercise in my pj's if I want too..... Enjoy your day (ok...TRY to....)....

Good am Jill, Hope you work out the soreness! Today, I'm going to be on the go quite a bit. Lots of walking & shopping. While I'm on that subject can I just say I am NOT the biggest girly girl shopper??? So, its like I know the things I'm wanting and I GO GET THEM but the folks I'll be with today uh putting this nicely they tend to want to SHOP for hours.  So, trust me I'm gonna enjoy the time with them & walking but I will be cutting up and laughing and poking fun for sure. We plan to hit up the movies as well. I've not been in a long time with the exception of Veggie Tales which was a riot. So, we've got a list to see its just choosing one. We're planning on a meal some where and so hopefully its something I've not had in a long time. Otherwise, its overcast and really not great weather. Enjoy!

The flu & strep are zapping too many people up here in the boondocks so the kiddos and I are staying home today.  It's 9am and I am a few sips away from 44oz of fluid (including protein) for the day.  Just gonna clean, dust, etc.   BTW, my knee is doing much better!  I'm finally back to walking semi normal.  I think I might even be able to bend my knee enough to do sit ups.  I love the FitTV channel on Cox.  They have great dance move workouts.  The kiddies like to do them with me
