What you buy at the grocery store really determines what you eat until your next shopping trip…and what you snack on. That’s why it’s very important to plan your meals for the week and write out a grocery list. Other good reasons for making a list: your trip will probably be quicker, you’ll avoid impulse buys, and you might even reduce your grocery bill.

This is fantastic as well. I've honestly gone back to making lists for nearly everything. I have found that it keeps things running a lot smoother & I save money when shopping. I cut coupons for the items we truly use and I will even get fam & friends to go in with me on purchases say at Costco's and sometimes other stores. If I and someone else is wanting to try something sometimes we'll go in together and that way we not only cut individual costs but we can save ourselves from things we don't care for. Enjoy!

Same here - in fact, I'm even ging back to meal planning.  With taking the fitness (ok...dance) classes and looking to take a few college courses, my time is becoming limited which means that things have to be a bit easier...hence....meal planning!
